I still have not received my order and I still have not heard back from customer service. It’s almost like you want to hide by taking down your social media accounts and not helping customers out. I could have been so understanding with your situation except you haven’t been honest and keep deleting reviews. What happened to cause this much chaos? It seems like it’s a scam now instead of the company that I was a happy customer of for so very many years.
Extremely disappointed bc I received an email saying I received my order 14 days ago and I have YET to receive my order!!!
Order #11038:11/12...order confirmed.11/13...account charged $50.32.11/21..."order is on the way" stated by Clear Light. USPS tracking number: 420808299300110944102643053380 indicates they have NOT received the package.11/27...Package still has NOT arrived at USPS.12/05...Received request from Clear Light to review my purchase, indicating that order was shipped fourteen (14) days ago. USPS STILL indicates they are waiting for package: Same tracking number 420808299300110944102643053380. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THIS ORDER #11038!
It has been TWENTY THREE (23) days since order was placed. I would very much appreciate it if this could be taken care of IMMEDIATELY. I do NOT want to file a dispute claim with my bank, nor do I want to file a complaint with New Mex BBB, and then flip it to social media. But I will do so should this order #11038 not arrive at my door by Thursday 12/7/23.
