Clear Light does not assume any liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information, apparatus, product or process disclosed on this site or other material accessible from this site. In no event shall Clear Light • the Cedar Company be liable for any special, indirect, or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data, or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the information on this site or the Internet generally.

Security is important to us. All on-line transactions are sent through our secure server. Once we receive your information through the Internet, only trusted, authorized employees will process the payment to make sure your information is handled with the utmost security.


Clear Light • the Cedar Company respects your privacy. We will not sell, rent, or otherwise release your information to anyone. All of the information obtained from our Web site will be used for processing purposes only. The only e-mails you will receive from us will be updates/questions about recent orders and/or returns and notices about our month specials. If you do not want to receive our monthly bulletins, we will remove your name from our mailing list.


Minimum charge card order is $25, please.

We ship by UPS whenever possible because it is faster and safer. Orders are usually shipped within seven (7) days of receipt. We will notify you of any expected delays.

Shipping rates outside the Continental United States should be doubled. USPS rates may be higher.

New Mexico residents please add 6% sales tax.

Office hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday-Friday. We are here to answer questions and assist you in ordering.

When you are in New Mexico, we invite you to visit our workshop, showroom, and gardens located at 123 Broadway Blvd SE, Albuquerque NM, 87102.


Because we wildcraft our products in small batches to order, please allow up to three weeks from time of order for us to fill, label and ship, your products to your door. If your order is particularly urgent, we recommend that you opt for 2 or 3-day air and notify us of this request at time of order, express charges may apply.


Shipments returned due to customer’s absence or refusal can be reshipped at customer’s expense. For any questions regarding your order please contact your account representative at Help@ClearLightNM.com.


While we make every attempt to keep farm fresh ingredients in stock, working with natural ingredients makes specific items hard to source. Any product that is not available for immediate shipping may be placed on backorder and shipped as soon as it is available.

Return Policy

Wholesale Customers
Due to FDA regulations, we are unable to accept any returns of any kind.

Retail Customers
A product may be returned for refund, credit, or exchange within sixty (60) days of the order shipment date, IF the problem is due to Clear Light • the Cedar Company’s error, such as incorrect product or damaged/defective item(s).

If a customer orders an incorrect item or an incorrect size, or if the customer simply changes his/her mind, Clear Light • the Cedar Company will refund the purchase price, minus the shipping costs, provided the returned item(s) are returned/received in their original condition in their original packaging.

For all returns, customers are instructed to call Clear Light before returning the item(s). All item(s) to be returned must be packed correctly before shipping.
