About your teacher: Keith Allen West is an extremely successful coach and workshop leader. Why? “Clear Light is my way of celebrating my desire to see people knowing themselves, trusting themselves and being true to themselves and despite their circumstances, living a life they feel proud of everyday. I had spent a lot of my life feeling like I quite didn’t fit in or quite measure up or didn’t quite have enough to offer. I thought I was the only person who felt like this and so I hid it away and tried to pretend everything was OK. Sound familiar? After realizing I didn’t want to keep living trying to be all things to all people I became interested in emotional and mental health and launched coaching and workshops to help busy entrepreneurs and extremely creative people.”

Required Reading: You must buy Brené Brown’s “I Thought It Was Just Me (but it isn't): Telling the Truth About Perfectionism, Inadequacy, and Power.”
